Ian is responsible for fostering excellent alumni relations that will build and strengthen relationships between MBS and its community of graduates, friends, students and supporters in order to maximize alumni interest and engagement with MBS. Such activities to achieve this objective would include one-to-one and group career thinking, workshops and events. His other duties include assisting in marketing and special projects.
Prior to joining MBS, Ian has assumed responsibility in branding, marketing and communication roles in companies that come from a diverse range of industries such as education, healthcare and retail. He currently holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from the Singapore National Employers Federation.
Madeline is responsible for growing corporate business opportunities for MBS and promoting Executive Education programmes in the SE Asia region. Her duties also include managing special projects for MBA and other academic programmes.
She has more than 17 years of work experience in education and real estate industry. She has also taught at Monash University and ITE. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing with Merit from University of Leicester.
Foong Siao Thong (Marketing & Admissions)
Siao Thong is responsible for driving marketing and admissions for the Global MBA programmes in Southeast Asia region. She provides personalised consultations to mid and senior executives looking for professional and personal development through higher learning.
She has 3 years of working experience prior to joining MBS. Previously a recruiter, she is experienced in the talent acquisition and talent management industry. Siao Thong graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics from Nanyang Technological University.
Chloe Tan (Marketing & Admissions)
Chloe is part of the Marketing & Admissions team. She assists in developing, planning and implementing marketing strategies for the S. E. Asia region through marketing, public relations and recruitment activities for the Global MBA programme. She also supports the organisation of information sessions to prospective students.
Chloe has had 2.5 years of working experience before joining MBS. She was previously in the aviation education industry where she is experienced in marketing and student admissions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration (2nd Upp Hons) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
